Forest Floor Alchemy is an herbal apothecary and creative practice rooted in plant medicine, seasonal living, and intentional craft. Each offering—from small-batch formulations to hands-on workshops—is designed to support the body and reconnect you to natural rhythms.
This work centers on plants in all forms. The materia medica expands to include food as medicine, recognizing fruits, vegetables, roots, and seeds as part of daily, functional nourishment.
Whole, living plant foods carry more than nutrients—they carry frequency. They carry vitality. Quality, sourcing, and preparation influence how the body receives and responds, physically and energetically.

root & remedy
5-month Hands-on Herbcraft
Root & Remedy is a guided immersion into plant work, seasonal living, and the deeper relationship between land, body, and self.
This is a space to learn through direct experience — to slow down, observe, and begin working with plants, materials, and processes in a way that feels grounded and integrated.
Over the course of the immersion, we move through the foundational practices of herbalism and land-based living. This includes plant identification, foraging awareness, harvesting and drying techniques, tea blending, basic medicine making, and working with the energetics of plants and environment. We also touch on soil, seasonal cycles, and the broader systems that support both plant life and human health.
Each session builds on the last, allowing time for understanding to deepen rather than rushing through information. There is an emphasis on hands-on learning, practical skill building, and developing your own relationship with the work.
This is for those who feel called to reconnect — to learn the language of plants, understand the role of food and medicine in a more direct way, and begin integrating these practices into everyday life.
The Root & Remedy immersion begins May 17 and runs through the end of September in a small, intentional group.
Investment is $1,250, or $1,150 when paid in full.
Applications are required to ensure alignment within the group.

The body responds to what we give it, but it also responds to how we live. Patterns, stress, perception—all of it plays a role. When you start to see that, the work takes on a different depth.
This is where the focus shifts to the mind.
Most people don’t need more advice. They've already read the self help books. What they need is clarity on what’s subconsciously driving their thoughts, patterns, and decisions—the loops in the background, the reactions that feel automatic, the things that keep repeating even when you’re trying to move forward.
This work is about helping you see clearly, so you can move differently.
My practice begins at the intersection of mindset, pattern recognition, and deeper internal awareness. Through conversation, reflection, and intuitive insight, we map out what’s shaping your behavior and your current reality—not to overanalyze it, but to see it clearly enough that it can shift.
This isn’t scripted coaching or surface-level conversation. It’s focused, honest, and moves where it needs to go. Sometimes that looks like breaking down a pattern you’ve been looping in. Sometimes it’s reframing how you’re seeing something. Sometimes it’s slowing everything down so you can actually hear yourself again. I work intuitively—if you’re open to energy-based work, we can incorporate that. If not, we stay grounded and practical. There’s no fixed formula—just a clear direction: understanding what’s underneath and working with it in a way that inspires growth—not just awareness.
When you can see your patterns clearly, you stop reacting to them and start working with them. That’s where true transformation happens—not from forcing it, but from understanding it.
